Ingredients:
| 2 lbs. | chicken |
| 1/2 | onion |
| 6-7 | mushrooms |
| 1-1.5 tbs. | flour |
| several strains | parsley |
| 1 tsp. | italian spices |
| 3-5 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1/2 glass | wine |
| 1 | carrot |
| 2 | tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
Fry onions, garlic and chopped carrots until golden for about 1-2 min.
Add chicken and brown.
Add enough water to cover ingredients about 1 inch.
Boil for about 30 min.
Slightly fry tomatoes to reduce and add into chicken/onion/carrot mixture.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes, add wine and then add mushrooms.
Add spices.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and water mixture. Slowly add this to the sauce.
Cook for about 10 minutes, mixing constantly, allowing for sauce to thicken.
Garnish with parsley.
