Ingredients:
| 1 | onion |
| 6-7 | mushrooms |
| 1/2 lbs. | beef |
| 1/2 can | chopped onions |
| 1/2 | fresh tomato |
| 3-5 cloves | garlic |
| 1/2 glass | red wine |
| 1 | carrot |
| several stems | parsley |
| 1 tsp. | spices to please |
Directions:
Fry onion and onions for 1-2 minutes.
Brown meat and sauté garlic.
Add wine, meat, garlic, mushrooms, onions and carrots together and simmer with wine. Cover mixture with about 1 inch of water and let stew.
Add spices.
Boil all for about 30 min.
Add tomatoes.
In a separate bowl mix flour and water well. Add this slowly to sauce and let thicken for about 10 minutes.
Add parsley.
