Wine Kebab

Ingredients:
onion
6-7  mushrooms
1/2  lbs.  beef
1/2  can  chopped onions
1/2  fresh tomato
3-5  cloves  garlic
1/2  glass  red wine
carrot
several  stems  parsley
1  tsp.  spices to please

Directions:
Fry onion and onions for 1-2 minutes.
Brown meat and sauté garlic.
Add wine, meat, garlic, mushrooms, onions and carrots together and simmer with wine. Cover mixture with about 1 inch of water and let stew.
Add spices.
Boil all for about 30 min.
Add tomatoes.
In a separate bowl mix flour and water well. Add this slowly to sauce and let thicken for about 10 minutes.
Add parsley.
