Ingredients:
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 1 handful | shredded parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 c | butter |
| 4 stems | celery, chopped |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 4 tsp | sage |
| 1 tsp | savory |
| 1 tsp | marjorm |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | paprica |
| 1 - 1 1/2 tsp | each salt and pepper |
| 1 - 1 1/2 tsp | apple, chopped in cubes |
| 1 loaf | cubed white bread |
| 1/3 c | white wine |
Directions:
Melt butter over medium hear
Cook celery, onions, garlic and seasonings for about 25 min, while sturring often.
Combine mixture with bread cubes, apple cubes, tossing until moistened with small ammount of white wine.
Cover and cool for 12 hours in frige.
