Apple/White Wine Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:
1  clove  garlic
1  handful  shredded parmesan cheese
1/2  c  butter
4  stems  celery, chopped
onion, chopped
4  tsp  sage
1  tsp  savory
1  tsp  marjorm
1/2  tsp  thyme
1  tsp  sugar
1/2  tsp  paprica
1 - 1 1/2  tsp  each salt and pepper
1 - 1 1/2  tsp  apple, chopped in cubes
1  loaf  cubed white bread
1/3  c  white wine

Directions:
Melt butter over medium hear
Cook celery, onions, garlic and seasonings for about 25 min, while sturring often.
Combine mixture with bread cubes, apple cubes, tossing until moistened with small ammount of white wine.
Cover and cool for 12 hours in frige.
Cook w/ Turkey
