Potato Soup - Fat Free
Ingredients:

Sweet Onions |

Russet Potatoes |

Wyler’s Chicken Bullion Cubes |

tsp

Thyme Spice |
|

tbsp

Chopped Parsley Spice |
|

tsp

Salt |
|
1/2
tsp
|
White Pepper |
|

cans
|
Carnations Fat Free Evaporated Milk |
|

tbsp
|
Parkey Fat Free Spray Butter |
Directions:
- Chop Onions- Place in a pan- Cover w/water
(cover only to top of onions)
Add: Thyme, Parsley, Butter to onions- Bring to boil and let cook till soft
- Peal and Chop Potatoes into small cubes-
Place in a pan- Cover with water
Add: Bullion Cubes, Salt, White Pepper-
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
Broil 10 minutes, then turn heat off
- Stir Fat Free Evaporated Milk and Onion Mix into Potatoes (Note: Do not drain potatoes)
Cover Pan; Serve when ready.
Great for cold days and/or when dieting! Very filling.
