Potato Soup - Fat Free

Ingredients:
3  large  Sweet Onions
4  large  Russet Potatoes
5  cubes  Wyler’s Chicken Bullion Cubes
1/4  tsp  Thyme Spice
2  tbsp  Chopped Parsley Spice
2  tsp  Salt
1/2  tsp  White Pepper
2  cans  Carnations Fat Free Evaporated Milk
4  tbsp  Parkey Fat Free Spray Butter

Directions:

  1. Chop Onions- Place in a pan- Cover w/water (cover only to top of onions)
    Add: Thyme, Parsley, Butter to onions- Bring to boil and let cook till soft

  2. Peal and Chop Potatoes into small cubes- Place in a pan- Cover with water
    Add: Bullion Cubes, Salt, White Pepper- Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
    Broil 10 minutes, then turn heat off

  3. Stir Fat Free Evaporated Milk and Onion Mix into Potatoes (Note: Do not drain potatoes)

    Cover Pan; Serve when ready.
    Great for cold days and/or when dieting! Very filling.
